Judgment
Alok Singh, J.—I have gone through the record.
The brief facts of the present case are that Petitioners filed Civil Writ Petition No. 472 of 1994 which was allowed by this Court vide order dated 14.09.1994 and granted the higher grade on the basis of acquiring higher education.
The allegation of the Petitioners is that the Respondents have not implemented the orders of this Court COCP No. 944 of 1995 in its letter and spirit as Respondents have released the scale only from the date of passing B.A. qualification.
In reply, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 specifically stated that all the Petitioners have been sanctioned the benefit of higher pay scale on the basis of higher qualification and the order of this Court has been fully complied with.
In the opinion of this Court, orders of this Court had already been complied with by the Respondents and for the delay, the Respondents have tendered unqualified apology, which is accepted.
Present petition is dismissed.
