The claimant appellant has filed this appeal for the enhancement of quantum of compensation.
Heard Learned Counsel for the appellant and perused the impugned award dated 16th September, 2011, rendered by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tonk, whereby the learned Tribunal decreed an amount of Rs. 44,046/- in favour of the claimant-appellant and against the non claimants-respondents.
Having regard to the income and age of the claimant appellant, and taking into consideration 3% permanent disability, the learned Tribunal is found to have decreed an amount of Rs. 44,046/- to be the quantum of compensation and held the claimant appellant entitled to get the aforesaid amount of compensation. The impugned award is well merited, based on cogent finding, with which I fully concur and I do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned award.
For these reasons, the appeal fails and the same being bereft of any merit deserves to be dismissed, which stands dismissed in limine.
