Judgment

This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
“For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of order of termination dated 27.09.2010 which has been passed in violation of principle of substantial natural justice as well as without initiating any departmental proceeding against the petitioner that too against the order passed by the Hon’ble Court in WPS No. 4154 of 2010 dated 17.09.2010. Even the termination order was passed when petitioner was behind the bar. Hence, the impugned order of termination as contained in Annexure-10 is illegal, void and without jurisdiction.
For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner from May 2010 to 26.09.2010, the same has not been paid to petitioner without any rhyme and reason.
For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents not to give effect to the impugned order dated 279.9.2010 (Annexure-10) to the writ application till the matter is sub judice before this Hon’ble Court.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. Omiya Anusha on instruction of Advocate on record Mr. Saurav Arun seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
