Notice accepted by learned counsel for the respective respondents.
The Court stands informed that in similar matters, i.e. in Arbitration Case No. 126 of 2022, titled as Sh. Ram Chand vs. Land Acquisition Officer and another and other connected matters, decided on 01.12.2022, this Court has been pleased to dispose of the said petitions by granting extension to the learned Arbitrator to decide the arbitration proceedings up to 30th June, 2023.
Accordingly, this petition is also disposed of by observing that the findings which have been returned by this Court in Arbitration Case No. 126 of 2022, titled as Sh. Ram Chand vs. Land Acquisition Officer and another and other connected matters, decided on 01.12.2022, shall ipso facto be construed to have been passed in the present petition also. Let Arbitral proceedings in Arbitration Reference case No. 42 of 2019, be decided by learned Arbitrator by 30.06.2024.
The petition stands disposed of in above terms, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
