Pearson, J.—The grounds of appeal are overruled by the Full Bench decision in Sheo Prasad Lal v. Thakur Rai H.C.R. N.W.P. 1868 p. 254, and it does not appear to us that the Appellate Court''s action and order contravened the provisions of Section 214, Act X of 1877. The appeal is dismissed with costs.
