O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Corporate Debtor is already undergoing CIRP and therefore, the Petitioner would like to withdraw the present Petition and file its claim with the IRP/RP.

In view of the above submission, this Petition (CP(IB)-1425(MB)/2019) is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to lodge its claim with the IRP/RP already appointed for the Corporate Debtor.
