Dilip Gupta, J.

In this public interest litigation, prayer of the petitioner is to restrain respondents from establishing a new School in the name of Parishadiya Purva Madhyamik Vidyalaya in village Tarmaura Tehsil Manjhanpur in district Kaushambi.

Mr. Sita Ram Vishwakarma appears on behalf of the petitioner. Staterespondents are represented by the learned Standing Counsel.

The petitioners, on their own showing, have represented before respondent no.5 for redressal of their grievance.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it expedient that respondent no.5 takes a decision on the representation of the petitioners, if already not taken, within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

We direct accordingly.

In order to facilitate the early decision, the petitioners along with a copy of this order shall annex the representation already filed by them.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion in regard to the claim made by the petitioners and that shall be considered by respondent no.5 in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
