The appeal has been taken up for admission. The urgency application is accordingly disposed of.

Connect with appeal no.239 of 2020 and list on 4th August, 2021. In the meanwhile, the respondent may file a reply. Considering the facts and

circumstances that has been brought on record we direct the appellant to deposit the amount as per the impugned order which shall be subject to the

result of the appeal.

Parties are directed to contact the Registrar 48 hours before the date fixed to find out as to whether the hearing would take place through video

conferencing or through physical hearing.

The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a
