Judgment
Rajiv Sharma, J.—Petitioner has assailed the appointment of Respondent No. 6 to the post of Assistant Primary Teacher in Government Primary School (Girls), Hamirpur. Case of the Petitioner, in a nutshell, is that the Selection Committee has not awarded 10 marks to him, being a member of unemployed family. It is borne out from the record that the Petitioner has not annexed any certificate duly issued by the Pradhan/Patwari to establish that no member of his family was employed in Government/Semi-Government/Public Undertaking. He has only annexed copy of affidavit, i.e. Annexure A-4. The appointment of Respondent No.6 has been made by a duly constituted Selection Committee. No mala fide has been alleged against the members of the Selection Committee. Consequently, this Court will not sit in appeal over the suitability adjudged by the Selection Committee. Petitioner was required to file a certificate duly issued by the Pradhan/Patwari according to the norms prescribed.
Accordingly, in view of the observations and discussions made hereinabove, there is no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
