Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
Aggrieved by the non-relieving despite transfer orders, the petitioner has filed the instant petition for the grant of following substantive reliefs:-
"i) That any appropriate writ/order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to relieve the petitioner in compliance to the office order dated 09.04.2018 from the present place of posting i.e. at HRTC Depot Keylong, Himachal Pradesh to HRTC Depot, Sundernagar, district Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
ii) That any appropriate writ/order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the representation and further transfer the petitioner from present place of posting i.e. at HRTC Depot Keylong, Himachal Pradesh to HRTC Depot, Sundernagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the orders of relieving have already been passed and shall be effective upto 05.11.2020.
In this view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication, as we have no doubt that the petitioner would not be relieved on the aforesaid date. Consequently, the instant petition is disposed of in view of the subsequent events. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is not relieved, he is at liberty to make a mention for revival of the petition.
