Heard learned advocate Mr. J.V. Japee for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. C.M. Shah for the respondent State

through video conference.

Learned advocate Mr. Japee for the applicants submitted that the applicant no.1 has filed complaint on 29.06.2020 against the respondent no.2 and

other two persons and in retaliation and as counterÂ​blast, the respondent no.2 filed complaint on the same day i.e. 29.06.2020 under Sections 323, 324,

504, 506(2) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code r/w. Section 3(1) (r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Prevention of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe

(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

It was also submitted that the applicant no.1 received serious blows on the body and invited attention of the Court to the photographs of applicant

no.1 produced at AnnexureÂ​A (Collectively).

Considering the aforesaid submissions, issue Notice returnable on 17th August, 2020. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of

notice on behalf of the respondentÂ​ State.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants till the next date of hearing.

Registry to communicate the copy of the writ of this order to the learned advocate for the applicants by Fax or Email so as to enable him to serve

the same upon the respondent no.2 by Registered Post A.D.
