Ajay Rastogi, J.—Interim order passed by this Court on 04.03.2010 was modified and made absolute with certain modification after hearing counsel for Respondents vide order dt.02.08.2010. It was brough to the notice of this Court that against the interim order DB Civil Special Appeal (Writ) bearing No. 468/2010 was preferred by the Government which was also dismissed way back on 08.09.2010.

Counsel for Petitioners submits that despite their appeal being dismissed, interim order of this Court dt.02.08.2010 still has not been complied with.

Counsel for the Respondent has shown his complete ignorance so far order of this Court dt.02.08.2010 is concerned, however informed to this Court that against the order passed by the Division Bench dt.08.09.2010 in DB Civil Special Appeal (Writ)-468/2010 a review application has been filed.

Since the order of this Court dt.02.08.2010 still has not been complied with and counsel for Respondent has shown his complete ignorance, hence this Court directs the Respondents'' counsel to inform the concerned Secretary of the department to remain present and also give his justification as to why the order of this Court has not been complied with, on the next date of hearing.
