Antony Dominic, J.—In the Kollam Revenue District School Kalolsavam, Petitioner participated in the item ''Kathaprasangam''. He secured only 10th place with ''B Grade''. He filed an appeal, which was rejected by Ext.P1. It is challenging Ext.P1, this writ petition is filed.

2.

According to the Petitioner, the grounds urged in the appeal memorandum were not considered by the appellate authority. First of all, the appeal memorandum has not been produced in this writ petition and in its absence, this Court cannot ascertain the grounds of appeal to appreciate this contention. Secondly, the first prize winner, who is now participating in the State Level Competition, has not been impleaded in this writ petition. Thirdly, learned Government Pleader points out that while the Petitioner secured only 188 marks, the first prize winner secured 254 marks. In such circumstances, I am not in a position to accept the plea raised by the Petitioner.

Writ petition fails and it is dismissed.
