The present bail applications have been filed under

Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in

custody in connection with F.I.R. No.156/2016, Police Station

Matilirathan, District Sri Ganganagar for the offences under

Section 341, 342, 323, 365, 382 & 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public

Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

The allegations levelled by the prosecution against co-

accused Mandeep, who has been released on bail by this Court by

order dated 07.12.2016 and the present petitioners are identical.

Thus, having regard to the entirety of facts and

circumstances as available on record but without expressing any

opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that

the bail application filed by the petitioners deserves to be

accepted.

Consequently, the bail applications are allowed. It is

ordered that the accused-petitioner, Rajpreet Singh @ Raju @

Bhatt and Gurvinder Singh @ Gaggi arrested in connection with

F.I.R. No.156/2016, Police Station Matilirathan, District Sri

Ganganagar shall be released on bail; provided each of them

furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds of

Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with

the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing

and as and when called upon to do so.

A copy of this order be placed in both files.
