Pearson, J.—The bond in suit, in reference to the ruling of this Court in Darshan Singh v. Hanwanta ILR 1 All 274 and other similar rulings in similar eases, undoubtedly required to be registered, and u/s 49 of Act VIII of 1871, cannot affect the property therein comprised being Immovable property. We disallow the pleas in appeal, and dismiss the appeal with costs.
