By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners are seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 10.

As per petitioners, they have married on 04.05.2024 against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 10, who happen to be the relatives of petitioner No.1 i.e. Rajinta. Counsel for the petitioners has produced photocopy of the marriage certificate today in Court. The same is taken on record.

Both the petitioners claim themselves to be major stating that petitioner No.1-Rajinta is 01.01.2005 born and petitioner No.2-Shivam is 01.01.2003 born as per their Aadhar Cards.

Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid facts.

Without commenting on the legality and validity of the marriage, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 22.04.2024 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioners.

Keeping in view the fact that both the petitioners claim to have married, I think that if possible, respondent No.2 may call a meeting of the petitioners as well as respondents No.4 to 10 in his presence, so that the parties get rid off their ill feelings and live amicably.

The petition stands disposed off.
