The application is taken up for hearing. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that it is verified from the Estate Officer of

Meghdutam, Noida and he has received the scanned copy of the Panchnama. It is further submitted that as per the Estate Officer Dr. PawanMalhan

and Ms. RajinderKaur are residing in the same flatand it has also been confirmed from the entry & exit register maintained therein that there is no

mention of entry or exit of any maid stated to have been working in the said flat. It is also submitted that Dr. PawanMalhan has been granted with

Rs.1,00,000/- per month by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court on the premise that Dr. Malhan is residing in the flat at Vasundhara. But on verification

from the neighbours of the said flat at Vasundhara, it is gathered that the said apartment is close and lying vacant for the last two years and opened

once in every six months only for the purpose of cleaning the same and that the appellant herein should not be given any relief as she has not come up

with clean hands.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the appellant states that the respondent should file an Affidavit in support of the contentions made by the

learned counsel for the respondent.

The respondent has agreed to file appropriate Affidavit in support of his submissions and supply an advance copy of the same to the other side. The

learned counsel for the appellant has sought time to file reply to the Affidavit on receipt of the same.

Heard both sides. The respondent is granted threeweeks time to file appropriate Affidavit in support of its submissions with an advance copy to the

other side, who may file reply to the said Affidavit within two weeks from the date of receipt of the said Affidavit.

On the last date liberty was granted to the appellant to file necessary documents in support of her claims but no such documents have been filed.

Interim order to continue.

With the consent of both the parties, list the matter on 10th March, 2021.
