The petitioner, who is working as Lecturer Hindi, Government Senior Secondary School, Bathad, Tehsil Banjar, District Kullu, H.P., has come up
before this Court seeking his transfer from the present place of posting on the ground that his case is covered under clause 5.4 of the Comprehensive
Guiding Principles-2013, of the transfer policy applicable in the State of Himachal Pradesh, which provides concession to couples.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent/competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner
dated 07.11.2020, Annexure P-1, within two weeks, as per Clause 5.4 of the Comprehensive Guiding Principles. Pending application(s), if any, are
closed.
