Joseph, J.—The petitioners have approached this Court seeking relief against the alleged interference by the 3rd respondent in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent. According to the petitioners, as there occurred a dispute with regard to payment of rent, petitioners filed O.S. No. 862/2010 and an order of temporary injunction was granted against the 4th respondent. Infuriated by the same, the 4th respondent filed RCP. No. 81/2011 before the Rent Control Court, Ernakulam. Subsequently the petitioners surrendered vacant possession of the said building to the 4th respondent during the pendency of rent control proceedings and accordingly the rent control petition was dismissed. It is stated that the 4th respondent who was in enmical terms with the petitioners had influenced the 3rd respondent, who is harassing the petitioner. We heard the learned Government Pleader. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that a complaint which was received by the I.G of Police was forwarded to the third respondent and the third respondent realised that it is a civil dispute and there will be no interference in the matter.

We record the same submission and close the writ petition.
