Judgment

It is pointed out by Mr. Sana, Learned Advocate for the petitioners, that the issues raised in this writ petition are pari materia to W.P. 2038 (W) of
2020.
The order of this Court dated 10th February, 2020 in WP 2038 (W) of 2020 is also produced before this Court. The part of the order extending the
modified interim order to continue till the end of March, 2020 or, until further orders, whichever is earlier, is iterated by Learned Advocate for the
petitioners.
It is brought to the notice of this Court that W.P. 2038 (W) of 2020 is appearing under the heading “For Orders†within the first five matters in the
Combined Cause-List of this Court for March, 2020, as already directed by the order dated 10th February, 2020 (supra).
Learned Advocate General with Mr. De, Learned Additional Government Pleader (AGP) appears for the State-respondents and contests the stand
taken by the petitioners.
Having regard to the gamut as well as the parity of circumstances discussed above, let this petition be tagged with W.P.2038 (W) of 2020 under the
same heading “For Orders†for analogous consideration.
Let the interim order, as modified on the 10th of February, 2020, be extended on the same terms till the end of March, 2020 or, until further orders,
whichever is earlier.
Affidavit of Service filed in Court today be retained with the record.
