Judgment

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petition is filed challenging the order dated 20.04.2023 marked at Annexure-Z1. In terms of the impugned order the petitioner is attached to Field Hospital, Basaguda with effect from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023.
This Court has granted interim order staying the operation of impugned order at Annexure-Z1.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in terms of the order dated 12.05.2023, one Mr.Mahantesha H.S., is attached to Field Hospital, Basaguda with effect from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023 in the place of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the impugned order is no longer in force in view of the order dated 12.05.2023.
Under these circumstances, the petition has become infructuous and in view of the order dated 12.05.2023, the petitioner shall be allowed to work at Composite Hospital, Bangalore in accordance with the applicable Service Rules, where he was working before the impugned order of attachment.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
