The party appearing in person has filed an affidavit pursuant to our order dated 15.11.2021 which is not in consonance with the directions issued by this Court. Hence, said affidavit stands rejected. At this juncture, party appearing in person would submit that a fresh affidavit would be filed tomorrow. His submission is placed on record.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has tendered before the Court three (3) documents with a covering letter dated 16.11.2021. This was made available to the parties appearing in person, who after perusal have stated that in the Attempt Certificate the year has been mentioned as 2015-2019 instead of 2015-2021. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the said date would be accordingly corrected as 2015-2021.
The party appearing in person has also drawn the attention of the Court to the signatory of the certificates, which is said to have been signed for the Dean of the Medical College. To this, learned advocate appearing for the respondent would respond by submitting that all the certificates would be signed by the Dean himself. His submission is placed on record. List this matter tomorrow i.e. 18.11.2021.
