The counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw this Original Application with liberty to file afresh as relief clause of this Original Application requires amendment in the same.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to it.

Accordingly, the Original Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
