Judgment
The petitioner, who is working as Sub-Engineer (Civil) in the Water Resource Department has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned transfer order dated 17.05.2023, by which, respondent No. 4 / K.L. Banjare (Sub-Engineer) has been posted in the same office as Sub Divisional Officer, Hasdeo Right Bank Canal Sub Division No. 5 Jarve, District Janjgir-Champa.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is going to retired within the span of six months as he has crossed the age of 61 years. It is also submitted by him that only one post of Sub-Engineer (Civil) is there in the place of posting of the petitioner, therefore, he would submit that he may be allowed to make a representation before the State to raise his grievance.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the petitioner is allowed to make representation for reconsidering his grievance relates to service before the State and the State is directed to decide the representation expeditiously within a period of one month from the date of submission of representation by the petitioner.
