None present for the OC today and also on 12.09.2023, 14.09.2023. On perusal of the record, it is revealed that despite affording various opportunities and listing the matter on Board for several times, the OC did not appear. From the continuous absence of the OC, we feel that the OC is no more interested to pursue the matter. Hence, CP No. 1323/2022 is dismissed for default.
