Judgment

The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashment of charge-sheet vide Crime NO.715/2023 for offence under Sections 294, 323, 506 of the IPC.
Petitioner is Reader to Tahsildar, Shivpuri and is government employee. Due to some procedural aspect, complainant misbehaved with petitioner, therefore, this case has been registered at the instance of petitioner vide Crime No.711/2023 for the offence under Sections 294, 323, 506 of the IPC. In retaliation thereof, case has been registered against the petitioner.
Incidentally, complainant filed petitioner bearing MCRC No.48682/2023 in which proceedings (investigation) is kept pending and stay order has been passed on 02.01.2024.
Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee within seven working days through registered A.D. mode, failing which this petition would entail dismissal without reference to the Court.
Notice be made returnable within four weeks.
Till next date of hearing, proceedings pending before the trial court shall remain stayed.
