2.

There was marriage between petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 and, admittedly, parties have already taken divorce. A petition seeking divorce was filed by petitioner no. 1, which has, already, attained finality.

3.

After such divorce, respondent no. 2 has married someone else.

6.

Matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

7.

Respondent no. 2 (wife of petitioner no. 1) does not want to pursue the aforesaid FIR and submits that in view of amicable settlement between the parties and since she has already moved on in her life and has re-married, she would have no objection if the FIR in question is quashed.

8.

Respondent no. 2 has been identified by her counsel and investigating officer SI Sunil Chander, reiterates the contents of her affidavit.
