Judgment

Vide this common order we shall dispose of above mentioned eight writ petitions as the common question of law is involved therein. For the sake of convenience, facts have been taken from CWP No. 33844-2019.
This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the action of the respondents of debit freezing the bank account of the petitioner/s without passing any order determining the liability and without serving any show cause notice on the petitioner/s.
Written statement dated 1.2.2020 in CWP No. 33844-2019 has been filed on behalf of the respondents through Additional Commissioner, Central Goods and Service Tax Commissionerate, Rohtak, the same is taken on record. Copy has been supplied to the opposite party.
During arguments a limited consensus has been arrived at. It has been agreed between the parties that the respondents would conclude investigation and assessment within three months from today subject to the fact that petitioner/s co-operate with the same. For this purpose, petitioner/s would appear before respondent No. 1-The Commissioner of CGST, Rohtak, Haryana on 5.2.2020.
All the petitions stand disposed of with the above said directions.
Since the main cases have been decided, the pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
