Sandeep Mehta, J.—Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor..
As per statement of injured Paramjeet Kaur, the assault by knife was made by co-accused, Amritpal Singh and after the co-accused made the assault, the Petitioner has taken the injured to hospital.
Looking to this fact and looking to the fact that the injuries have been inflicted on the person of Paramjeet Kaur by co-accused, Amritpal Singh, the present bail application filed by the ApplicantRaja Singh deserves to be allowed.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed, it is directed that Applicant Raja Singh S/o Prithavi Singh, shall be released on bail in FIR No. 130/2011 at P.S. Sri Vijaynagar, District Sriganganagar provided he executes a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- along with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for his appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
