Judgment

By way of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has sought the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to
disburse/pay the compensation to him in terms of the Award dated 08.01.2018 (Annexure P-3), as passed by respondent no. 4 in a petition preferred
by him under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’), whereby the amount of compensation had
been enhanced from Rs. 40,00,000/- to Rs. 61,49,212/- per acre for his acquired land on the basis of the Award, as passed by the Reference Court on
02.03.2015 in respect of the land acquired vide notification dated 18.12.2008, as issued under Section 4 of the Act, for the purpose of development and
utilization thereof as commercial Sector 10-P, Dadri, District Bhiwani.
Today, written statement has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 4, wherein it has been specifically mentioned in para no. 5 of the
preliminary submissions that the sanction of the amount to be paid to the petitioner has been received from Administrator, HSVP, Hisar on 10.12.2019
and the payment has been uploaded on 12.12.2019 for disbursement thereof to the petitioner and the same is under process at the level of Chief
Controller of Finance, HSVP at Panchkula.
As a sequel to the foregoing discussion, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 to make sure that the
amount of compensation, as due to the petitioner, is disbursed to him within a period of two months from today.
