O R D E R
Heard Shri A.D. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the applicant argues to the extent that the respondents be directed to consider the allotment of quarter to the applicant in accordance with the rules. No other relief has been sought for by the applicant in this OA.
Learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection to the relief sought for by the applicant.
In view of the limited prayer made by the applicant and no objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents, the prayer of the applicant is allowed. Respondents are directed to consider the allotment of quarter to the applicant in accordance with the rules within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and intimate to the applicant accordingly.
In view of the aforesaid direction the OA is disposed of. No costs.
