Judgment

Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2021, registered under Sections 306, 387, 509, 354, 354A, 354D and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(E), 67(A) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar.
It is alleged that petitioner had video graphed the informant while she was taking bath. He blackmailed her and took money from her on several occasions.
From the case diary, it appears that material has been collected during the investigation that the informant was frequently chatting and talking to this petitioner. It has also come in the case diary that while talking with petitioner, informant used to complain about her husband and family members.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2021.
