Judgment
Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as non-applicant.
By this application, the applicant is seeking the transfer of petition No. A-364/2023 from Family Court, Akola to Civil Judge Junior Division, Patur, District - Akola. This Court, issued notices to the non-applicant in the matter and accordingly, today Advocate Mr. Joshi, appearing for the non-applicant. He has stated that he has no objection to transfer the proceeding from Family Court, Akola to Civil Judge Junior Division, Patur, District – Akola.
In view of no objection of the non-applicant in the matter, I feel there is no necessity to go into the merits of the application. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
The proceeding bearing petition No. A-364/2023 is hereby transferred from the Family Court, Akola to Civil Judge Junior Division, Patur, District – Akola.
