The perusal of the record shows that defects have not been cured by the petitioners since long. The reference may be had to the proceedings dated 03.07.2023 which read as follows:

The instant Revision Petition has been filed way-back, on 08.06.2023.
The matter was initially taken up on 03.07.2023, and thereafter, on 29.08.2023, 18.10.2023, and 04.12.2023, on which dates, four weeks’ / five weeks’ time was granted on almost each and every date of hearing, to cure the defects.
However, neither the defects have been cured, nor is anyone present today.
In view of the intra office note dated 17.05.2022, list the matter before the appropriate Bench as per the present Roster for admission hearing on 02.02.2024, if the defects are cured and the complete E-daakhil (defect-free) file is uploaded or else for directions.
Today again the matter has been taken up, but nobody appears for the petitioners, neither learned counsel nor the proxy counsel nor anybody else on behalf of the petitioners. The office report indicates that the defects are not cured.
The instant revision petition stands dismissed in default / non-prosecution.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to the learned counsel for the petitioners within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission within three days.
