Judgment

This is fourth repeat application filed under section 439 Cr.P.C seeking bail in connection with crime no.50/2021 registered at police station Rajgarh,
district Rajgarh for the offence punishable u/s 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 120-B IPC & u/s 65,66(d), 70, 71, 72,74 of the IT Act but after filing this bail
application mother of the applicant expired on 4.1.2022, hence at this stage the applicant is seeking temporary bail for a period of fifteen days to
perform the last rites of his mother.
The factum of death has been verified by the GA.
O n due consideration the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released temporarily for a period of fifteen days from today subject
to her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of
the trial court for her surrender before the trial court on 22.01.2022. If the applicant fails to surrender on the said date, the trial court shall be at liberty
to take appropriate action to secure her presence in accordance with law.
MCRC stands disposed of.
