Judgment
Mansoor Ahmad Mir, C.J. (Oral)—This appeal is directed against the judgment and award dated 1.6.2009, made by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-II Sirmaur District at Nahan, H.P. in MAC Petition No. 24-N/2 of 2006, titled Smt. Sudesh Garg and another v. Om Prakash and others, for short "the Tribunal", whereby compensation to the tune of Rs. 5,71,000/- came to be awarded in favour of the claimants, hereinafter referred to as "the impugned award", for short.
The learned counsel for the appellant stated at the Bar that the appellant has paid the entire amount to the claimants before the Tribunal. His statement is taken on record. Accordingly, the impugned award is upheld and the appeal is disposed of as settled. The statutory amount deposited by the appellant in this Registry be released to him.

In view of the order passed in the appeal, the cross objections are disposed of.
