This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 1548 days in preferring the petition.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is suffering from various ailments and has been undergoing treatment from long time. The Petitioner was unable to pursue the matter due to financial constraints.
Considering the plight of the present Petitioner, this Court is not very strict on the limitation period.
Accordingly, having lenient view, the prayer is allowed. Delay of 1548 days in preferring the petition is hereby condoned.
This I.A. is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants to file compromise petition as he has already received the money.
Considering the submissions made, the petitioner be released on bail by the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur in connection with 1CC Case No.13 of 2011 corresponding to Trial Case No.118/2011 on such terms and conditions as the trial court deemed it just and proper.
The I.A. is disposed of, accordingly.
