Their Lordships held that the appeal ought to be restored upon condition, (1.) that the petitioners do deposit in the Registry of the Privy Council within four months from the date of Her Majesty''B order 3001. as security for costs; (2.) that the petitioners pay the respondent his costs of opposing the petition incurred in India, his costs of the dismissal of the appeal, and his costs of opposing the petition in England. An Order in Council to that effect was made on May 18,1897.
