Honourable Mr. Justice R. Sudhakar, J.—This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allow

the petitioners'' vehicle Mini Bus in the New Bus Stand (Avinashi) by considering the representation dated 4.9.2012. Mr. N. Srinivasan, learned

Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

Petitioner wants the third respondent to permit him to ply his vehicle into the New Bus Stand Avinashi. Though in the typed set of papers several

representations are referred to, there is no proof of submitting the same to the competent authority.

In such view of the matter, the court is inclined to direct the petitioner to submit a proper representation along with a copy of this order to the

competent authority, who shall consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously. The Writ Petition is disposed

of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
