This Petition has been filed subsequent to the amendment in the threshold provided in Section 4 of the IBC, 2016 as on 24.03.2020. The amount claimed in this Petition is Rs.19,72,767/- inclusive of interest. The minimum amount that is required to be claimed should be beyond Rs. 1 Crore subsequent to the amendment of the Section 4 and in view of the same this Petition is not maintainable.
Hence CP(IB/94/2021 is hereby dismissed.
