Judgment

Heard Mr. S. Worthing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
The application being Crl. M.C. No. 24 of 2024 has been filed for ad-interim relief, in connection with FIR No. 3(6) 2024, WPS/UKL, U/s 8 POCSO, Act, 2012 with the following prayer.
“(i) pending hearing and final disposal of the anticipatory bail application, the applicant be released on ad-interim bail in the event of this arrest in connection with FIR No. 3(6) 2024, WPS/UKL, dated 03.06.2024 with conditions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.
(ii) and for such other further relief as the nature and circumstances of the case may be.”
Issue notice.
Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and seeks time to obtain instructions.
As ad-interim relief, till the next date of hearing, the accused shall be released on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with FIR No. 3(6) 2024, WPS/UKL, U/s 8 POCSO, Act, 2012 on furnishing a PR Bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the I.O. of the case and in the meantime, the applicant is directed to cooperate with the investigation of the case as and when required to appear before the I.O. of the case and further directed to not leave the State of Manipur without prior permission from the I.O. of the case.
Further, the applicant is directed not to tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses. If any of the conditions is violated by the applicant, the respondent police are at liberty to approach to this Court for cancellation of the bail.
Accordingly, the application being Crl. M.C. No. 24 of 2024 is disposed of.
Furnish a copy of this order to the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
