This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking compensation in lieu of their respective lands which have been acquired by respondent authorities for construction of WBM road from Beladula to Hasaud.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file duly constituted one while explaining therein the inordinate delay caused in approaching this Court.
