The present Revision has been filed against the order dated 11.09.2014, passed by learned IInd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Original Suit No.67 of 2013, “Smt. Pyar Kaur and Others Vs. Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. and Another”, whereby issue no.7 regarding valuation of suit property has been decided against the revisionists-plaintiffs.

Heard Mr. B.D. Kandpal, learned counsel for the revisionists and Dr. Karitkey Hari Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents.

Dr. Karitkey Hari Gupta, Advocate, on instruction from the respondents, submits that the revisionists-plaintiffs have valued the suit property at Rs.11,00,000/-(Rupees Eleven Lakh), which is proper and according to law.

Therefore, with the consent of both the parties, the present Revision (Civil Revision No.112 of 2014) is disposed of accordingly.

The impugned order dated 11.09.2014 regarding valuation of suit property is set aside. The valuation of the suit property is fixed at Rs.11,00,000/-
