Judgment
At the outset Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has applied for her appointment as Substitute as the applicant is entitled to be appointed as Substitute on the Railways in accordance with Circular dated 17.09.2010. The applicant has preferred her representation also in this regard but the respondents have not taken any decision and her representation is pending before the respondents.
Learned counsel for the applicant further states that ends of justice would be served if a direction is given by this Tribunal to the respondents/competent authority to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the applicant dated 30.06.2016 (Annexure A-9) within a stipulated period of time. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same.
In view of the above submissions, respondents /Competent authority is directed to consider and decide the representation of the applicant dated 30.06.2016 (Annexure A-9) and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, under intimation forthwith to the applicant. It is made clear that no comments have been made on the merits of the case.
The OA is disposed of accordingly.
No costs.
