Compliance affidavit stands filed, wherein it is stated that in compliance of order passed by erstwhile H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, approval for GPF number has been granted in favour of petitioner vide order dated 2.9.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was passed on 6th October, 2016 and also the petitioner was to be considered for allotment of GPF number at the time of her regularization/confirmation of work charge status, but it has been granted prospectively, that too after a considerable long time, after passing of the order.
The issue raised by the petitioner required to be adjudicated by filing a comprehensive Writ Petition and so far as delay in compliance of order passed by erstwhile H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, is concerned, unqualified apology has been tendered and the same is accepted.
In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, present petition is closed and disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh comprehensive petition for redressal of his grievance including the issue raised herein above.
