Judgment

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The learned counsel submits that, the cross examination of plaintiff's first witness, on commission, is over and the learned Commissioner has submitted report of Commission.
The Commissioner's report is taken on record.
The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff intends to examine two more witnesses. The affidavit in lieu of examination-in-chief of plaintiff's second witness Mrs. Mona I. Doctor and and third witness Mr. Hiten Jhaveri are tendered.
The learned counsel submits that the plaintiff intends to file a further affidavit in lieu of examination-in-chief of plaintiff's third witness Mr. Hiten Zaveri.
