Judgment
This IA is arising out of the criminal revision petition which has been filed under Section 397 read with Section 41 Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order dated 23/2/2021 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur in Crl. Appeal No.36(4) of 2018 affirming the judgment and order dated 19/11/2018 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur in CR(NI) 4 of 2017 and sentencing him to a fine of Rs.4 lakh with default stipulation.
By means of filing this IA, the petitioner wants stay of the execution of the impugned order.

Heard Mr.Ratan Datta, learned PP appearing for the state respondent.
Perused the record.
The impugned order is stayed subject to payment of Rs.2 lakhs i.e. 50% of the fine by the petitioner before the registry of this court within 2 weeks from today. The said sum of fine money, on deposit, be kept in fixed deposit until further order.
In terms of the above, the IA is disposed of.
