Heard Mrs. Donnapriya Asem, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Md. Shakir Khan, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent.
The present application has been filed praying for condoning the delay of 16 (sixteen) days in preferring the connected revision petition.
Md. Shakir Khan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present condonation application and to hear the connected revision petition on merit.
In view of the submission made by the counsel appearing for the respondent and on perusal of the record, this court is of the considered view that sufficient ground has been made out for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the present application is allowed by condoning the delay of 16 (sixteen) days in preferring the connected revision petition.
Registry is directed to number the connected revision petition and to list it for Motion hearing, if the same is otherwise found to be in order.
With the aforesaid direction, misc. case stands disposed of.
