ORDER
Both the Counsels submitted that the matter in-fact has been settled and it was rightly disposed of vide order dated 15.06.2020. It has been wrongly mentioned that in view of the IA No. 102 of 2019, this matter restored, when the order is not correctly passed as there was no IA pending in this proceeding, hence, the order is corrected. This matter is treated to be disposed of due to settlement at between the parties.
