Judgment
Mohan Shantanagoudar, J.—Memo is filed by the Petitioner''s counsel praying for disposing of the writ petitions in terms of the memo dated 21.09.2010.
Sri A. Ravishankar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondents 1 and 2 has no objection for disposing of the writ petition in terms of the memo filed today.
The memo filed by the Petitioner is taken on record. Writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the memo dated 21.09.2010.
The amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- deposited by the Petitioner shali be refunded in favour of the Petitioner in terms of the compromise between the parties. It is also made clear that the demand draft for Rs. 35,00,000/- will be paid by the Petitioner in favour of Respondents 1 and 2 - Bank within three days from this day. Pursuant thereof, 48 machines, the details of which are found in Annexure ''A'' which are in the custody of the Bank will be returned to the Petitioner within three days from the date of receipt of the demand draft.
Writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
